1. "What is your Warranty Policy?"

DEFIANCE TOOLS® (excluding ebikes) warrants our products for their useful life (not to exceed one year for products with electrical or electronic components) against deficiencies in material and workmanship. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not cover products that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired, nor does it cover consumable good such as knife blades, glue sticks, etc. If found to be defective, a replacement will be sent to you. THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. Deficient products that are covered by this policy will be replaced or repaired. If you believe that your tool meets the criteria for warranty replacement, please send the tool(s) to:

DEFIANCE TOOLS® (B2 Ebike) C Larboard, LLC warrants the B2 Ebike against deficiencies in material and workmanship for the periods detailed in the chart below. It does not cover B2 Ebikes that are improperly used, abused, altered or repaired, nor does it cover consumables as detailed in the chart below. Deficient products that are covered by this policy will be replaced or repaired. If you believe that your BIKE meets the criteria for warranty replacement, please contact us at:
