Our beloved, United States Military is such an important part of our country and our history. Rich and I know that there are a lot of Patriots in our Defiance Tools® community that are fans of our everyday carry essentials. We wanted to highlight some of the best of the best in military blogs and websites online, just in case you wanted to check them out and give them your support.

According to 2017 data, there are 1.3 million active duty military, more than 800,000 reserve forces and 18.2 million veterans in the United States.
Knowing that there are so many current military personnel and veterans, there are a number of fantastic websites and blogs out there catering to the military and those interested in the military.

They are the largest online military and veteran membership organization and are 10 million members strong. The mission of the U.S. Department of Defense is to provide the military forces needed to deter war and to protect the security of our country. This is an excellent place for those both in and out of the military to find news about our military.
According to their “About Us” page, the Welcome Home Blog was established in June of 2010 with the goal to provide a place on the web to watch amazing homecoming videos and to give back to the military community. Soon after the site launched, military families from all over the world began sharing their videos, stories and pictures. The site and its social-media channels have since turned into a wonderful community to help those with loved ones deployed and, for everyone else, a heartwarming reminder of the sacrifices made by members of our armed forces.
